Here's what I have... Any suggestions?
(Note: I'm including everything I think could possibly work with salmon. If it's not on the list, it's not likely that I have it... Our cupboards are bare!)
Frozen corn, broccoli, peas, & mixed veggies
Garlic (minced, in a jar)
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Mozzerella & Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Mayo, Ranch dressing, mustard, little bit of BBQ sauce
Lipton onion soup mix
sesame seed oil, soy sauce, olive oil, cinnamon, honey, oregano, salt, pepper (that's really all the seasonings I have!)
eggs, sugar, flour, butter, milk
pasta (spaghetti & shells)
Kraft mac & cheese
And, of course, the salmon fillet (about 3 1/2 lbs)
We have a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, & grill...
I'd experiment, but I've never cooked salmon before and I don't want to ruin it!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have until about 10pm eastern... Need to have dinner on the table by the time my fiancee gets home from class!
Edit: I forgot to add - onions, potatoes, & frozen red, yellow, & orange bell peppers
